I have an itch problem on the tarsal part every winter season,what ointment or cream that you can recommend for this problem?thank you

Tarsal Season.: Well, as long it is seasonal, and does not continue into the summer months, I would a Hydrocortisone Ointment 1% over the counter. A safe, effective way to attack the problem. You can also use a non cortisone topical if you do not wish to use a steroid.
