Remove them: The next steps are to have the polyps removed hysteroscopically. This should be done through direct visualization and not with a D and C to make sure they are completely removed. Then consider an endometrial ablation to destroy the remaining endometrium. Alternatively a Mirena (levonorgestrel) IUD could be placed to reduce the chance of endometrial regeneration.
