Can be: Tubal ligation can be reversed but success rates vary from 45-70%. You will need to discuss with your obstetrician/gynecologist. In vitro fertilization is a costly but alternative possibility.

Depends: Reversals are rarely perfect & could set you up for a tubal pregnancy. You could have a fertility center harvest some of your eggs, fertilize them with dad's sperm and implant them in your uterus. This would bypass the blockage. All choices have their expense & work attached
