Maybe stomach reflux: This might be stomach acid reflux into the esophagus creating the pain. See a MD as at 32 it is unlikely that it is cardiac related unless you had a problem from birth.(congenital)

Needs Evaluation: You needs to be checked by your GP.You may have Acid Reflux in your esophagus causing the burning senasation.Other possibilies are Gastritis,Somach ulcer,H Pylori infection and Gall Bladder Disease, Meanwhile you can avoid large fatty meals,loose weight if over weight,Avoid eating too close to going to bed and certain foods like caffeine,citrus fruits etc.And try ranitidine or omeprazole if availa

Abdominal obesity, alcohol, fatty meals, large meals, carbonated drinks and lying down after eating can contribute to it. Please see a doctor.
