Long standing GERD w/ dysphagia, on nexium. Normal manometry in 09/22, normal EGD in 07/22. EGD Feb '23 Irregular z line, very tight UES switched to peds scope, yeast and hyphae present in middle third esophagus. Causes? Treatment?

Son had upper GI and dr said he had barrets esophogus but biopsy was negative. He has gerd, takes nexium (esomeprazole). Why discrepancy? F/u needed future?
