Lumbago: For how long you had the pain, were you involved in the past in a MVA ?if yes, how long, months, years. Di d you had MRI of your spine? .You indicated that the pain is in the mid back; lumbar?, lumbosacral?Thoraco-lumbar?. Does the pain radiate to the lower extremities?. You should be examined by an orthopedic surgeon, in different positions, find which precipitates the pain.,
