I have hypothyroidism. my tsh is 18.8 and t3 (liothyronine) and t4 are normal, i am getting throught pain regularly. is it because of hypothyroidism?

Throat pain: Throat pain is not a common symptom of hypothyroidism. In fact, this would be quite unexpected. The throat pain is not likely coming from the thyroid at all. You should have this checked. Your TSH level is too high even though your T3 (liothyronine) and T4 are normal. I hope you are on thyroid hormone replacement. If not, you need to see you doctor to get started on appropriate thyroid medicines.
