Not likely: With a Mirena, (levonorgestrel) the chance of pregnancy is less than 1%. Your test was negative, so it's highly unlikely that you are pregnant. Irregular periods are common with the Mirena, (levonorgestrel) and many patients have hardly any periods at all.
