Escitalopram: I understand your concern about withdrawals from Escitalopram, medication for Anxiety and Depression. You are feeling better partly due to Escitalopram, and definitely by Healing Powers of your Body. You do not need to take it for rest of your life if you do not have 3 Episodes of Major Depression, even that can change with Therapy by Psychiatrist, gradual withdrawal of Medication, Relaxation

Dependsonyourhistory: if this is your 4th episode you stay on it for life for lesser episodes you stay on it for @ least a year then have your doctor wean you off over several weeks
