Thyroid&weight loss: Failure to lose weight is rarely due to low thyroid function but it is easy to test for. So ask your team to test for this.f On the other hand it is usually easy to lose weight in concept but difficult in execution. Get the app Loseit and find out what your calorie intake needs to be to reach your weight goal. Get the DASH Diet book and set it at that calorie intake. It will melt away.
