HC cream: If the bumps last more than 24 hrs, a topical hydrocortisone (2.5%) may help. Occasionally sedating antihistamine (the older kind) may reduce the itch also. Topical anti-itch lotion or cream can also reduce the itching. If the itching is not controlled by the above measures or gets worse , consult your doctor.
