Glucose at morning is 92 then after eating is 99 & 3 hrs later is 72 & weakness &im pregnent of 10 weeks is it normal??

Likely normal: Your values do NOT show definite evidence of gestational diabetes. The definition of gestational DM is based on a formal 2 or 3 hour GGT after a precise amount of glucose is consumed. Also, home glucose monitors have a 5-20% error tolerance and not as accurate as a venous sample sent to the lab. Your FBS is "borderline" but your other values are well within normal. Consult with your Ob-Gyn.
