Many causes: There is not enough information here in the question to provide a lot of guidance. If the pain is in the upper back it may be nerve or muscle spasm. If it is lower down it could be kidney. If there is concern about breast pain then schedule a visit for an exam. If the pain is severe and feels like it is radiation through your body then gallbladder disease is another possible cause
