Many possibilities: Herpes is often a consideration for pimple-like genital lesions. However, a lot depends on details: Exact location? Evolution from red bump to blister to pimple or sore over a few days, likely herpes. Unchanging bumps over 2+ days not herpes. Actual pimples, warts, and molluscum contagiosum may be possible. Sexual risks of course make a difference. Stop guessing and see a doctor. Good luck!
