Please see your: doctor to have these properly diagnosed and treated. It is hard to tell what they are on this platform. They may be herpes, genital warts, inflamed hair follicles or another problem.

Many possibilities: Herpes is often a consideration for pimple-like genital lesions. However, a lot depends on details: Exact location? Evolution from red bump to blister to pimple or sore over a few days, likely herpes. Unchanging bumps over 2+ days not herpes. Actual pimples, warts, and molluscum contagiosum may be possible. Sexual risks of course make a difference. Stop guessing and see a doctor. Good luck!
