Define the problem: The first step is to confirm what problem exactly the doctor is trying to solve. Treatment options will vary depending on if a thick endometrial lining is causing bleeding, endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial polyps or other issues. Decreasing Estrogen is not usually the primary goal. Prometrium (micronized progesterone) is not a particularly strong Progesterone. Others are stronger.
