First step: Before worrying about an ectopic you need to see if you are pregnant or not by checking a home pregnancy test. An ectopic pregnancy will still cause a positive home test. If the test is positive then schedule a visit with an Obgyn to verify that there is a normal pregnancy found. If the test is negative then you are not pregnant

The doctor said anovulation is the reason why i don't have breast tenderness on my period.Can be anxiety about thinking im having ectopic be the reason?
I recently had an ectopic pregnancy dec 2019, I feel pregnant again (late period and my breasts extremely painful like im preg)but doc had said both my tubes were completely damaged and I was sterile. Could I be having another ectopic pregnancy?
