Yes: Ectopic pregnancy may NOT give any early pregnancy symptoms as the amount of HCG hormone produced is often very low and not commensurate with the age of an expected pregnancy.

I recently had an ectopic pregnancy dec 2019, I feel pregnant again (late period and my breasts extremely painful like im preg)but doc had said both my tubes were completely damaged and I was sterile. Could I be having another ectopic pregnancy?
