I've been on lupron (leuprolide) for 6 months and every time i have unprotected sex i have heavy bleeding and cramps for a couple of days, is this normal? this only happens when it's unprotectedly.

Rough sex: Not so gentle intercourse in a hypoestrogenic state will certainly cause the problem you have. Lupron (leuprolide) is an anti-estrogen and can cause the vaginal mucosa(lining) to be very thin and not able to handle vigorous intercourse. Local add back estrogen vaginal cream can help as well as a caring, loving, gentle partner.
