No risk: Rabies isn't carried by pigs. There's little or no infection risk at all. At one time, undercooked pork risked trichinosis, quite a serious infection due to a microscopic parasite. However, trichinosis has been absent in commercially raised pork for over 60 years. It's no longer necessary to cook pork well for health reasons, and even raw pork or beef isn't a risk. Don't worry about it.
