Yes: expiration dates on meds, like those on foods, are mostly made up. Most medications, with rare exceptions (tetracycline is one) can last for many years if kept in cool, dry places. If stored in bathrooms where very hot showers are taken, or in places that are very hot/humid, they may not last as long. Your clonidine should be fine and good luck - get treatment as well as "detox" for your problem.
