Bumped my r side of forehead on corner of wall , 2-3 hours ago roughly. how long would it take for soreness to go away ? tips to relieve soreness?

It's safe to take Acetaminophen for pain, and, assuming you aren't allergic to aspirin, Ibuprofen and naproxen are also safe & effective.
