Move up appt: The irregular periods & the complex cyst would be the cause for concern. But it may be just an unusual cycle. I'm not a gynecologist, but it might be worthwhile to try and move up the gynecology appointment. You can wait to see what happens next month (things may normalize), but monthS (plural) is too long for new symptoms. Explain this to the receptionist & you can probably get seen sooner. GL!
