Gastroenteritis...: I would recommend seeing a physician ASAP. It is likely that you are dehydrated. Since the symptoms of nausea have persisted and become diarrhea, you may be experiencing a bacterial infection, not just a "24-hr bug". Hydrate with an electrolyte containing beverage such as Gatorade and seek medical attention.
