YES!: Probiotics will not interfere with your other medications. There are a number of ongoing studies looking into to the benefits of probiotics ( especially Saccharomyces bollardi species of probiotics) and Crohn's, so I would certainly add it to my regimen! Ask your Dr if he has recommendations on a good brand. Not all probiotics are the same, so it is important to avoid just lactobacilli.

Probiotics & Crohn's: There's certainly no harm in efforts to maintain your normal colonic flora in any intestinal condition, such as Crohn's.

Yes: Proboitics in any form are harmless and probably helpful in Crohn's disease. There are no known interactions with other medications. You can safely try it.
