Yes you should: Salmonella does not usually cause UTIs at least in the U.S. The fact that you have a Salmonella infection that is resistant to the antibiotics that have been tried is worrisome. Make sure that the sample of urine you next give is a clean mid-stream collection and is sent to a good lab and is tested for culture and sensitivity to an tibiotics. Then take them scrupolously.
