Groin nodes: A groin node that indicates disease is obviously abnormal. Huge, very fast growing, rocky hard, and/or stuck to something it shouldn't be. Little, slim folks do indeed have an easier time finding them. Mine grew every summer when I'd go barefoot. The surgeon will know best.
