Maybe, but...: A faint positive line on a urine pregnancy test is still positive, but the concentration of HCG in the urine is not high enough to create a strongly positive line. If pregnant, the line should be strongly colored a several days later. One can test again in 5 days (but wait longer until 3 weeks after sex, if 5 days from now it still hasn't been 3 weeks after sex).
