Nerve impingement : You probably have one of the following, tarsal tunnel syndrome, Lumbar raduculopathy (nerve pinching in spine), some kind of peripheral neuropathy, or maybe plantar fasciitis, or local sole of foot nerve entrapment. You should get an EMG/Nerve conduction study and a good neurological examination to distinguish.
