Hello my 2 year girl has duane syndrome and might be an asperger. is that two syndromes connected?

No: I'm not aware of any literature or studies that suggest a link between Duane and Asperger's syndrome. While vision problems may interfere with 'normal' eye contact, this is not the same as the behavioral avoidance of contact with others seen in Asperger's. Be sure to address any concerns with your daughter's pediatrician. I hope this helps.
