Clean, but...: If one has bad OCD with obsessive thoughts and compulsive actions, it doesn't matter that the shower water and its vapor are clean... but rather, he must believe they're clean. Note that semen from healthy guys is clean, semen stains are very clean because germs tend to die when dried out, tap water is clean due to modern water treatment. Also, we are adapted to the usual microbes on/in/around us.
