Back and thigh pain: Low back pain which radiates into the buttock and thigh is suspicious of a bulging or ruptured disc and Tylenol (acetaminophen) may not be strong enough to relieve this type of discomfort. It may take weeks for the discomfort to abate if it is a disc problem. It is best for you to consult a neurosurgeon or orthopedic surgeon for evaluation and advice if your discomfort persists and prevents you from sleeping.

PAIN POST OP C SECT: Post-op pain after a C-section demands prompt evaluation. Call your OB. You need evaluation for infection vs seroma. LBP may be secondary to epidural given for anesthesia. You need an exam/labs, CT Scan and/pelvis. LBP with leg pain needs evaluation with Xray & MRI to evaluate for hematoma vs disc disease.
