Virus likely: These symptoms are nonspecific but could be due to a viral illness which hasn't yet localized to the throat or intestinal tract. Rest,drink adequate fluids and take Tylenol (acetaminophen) as needed. Viral infections should resolve in about a week or so but if symptoms persist longer and especially if there is accompanying fever,cough,urinary symptoms or rash, see your physician for an evaluation and tests.
