Drug interactions: There are no known adverse drug interactions between cetirizine and terbutaline. Why were you concerned about respiratory distress in particular? Cetirizine is an antihistamine used most commonly for allergic rhinitis, and terbutaline is a beta2agonist used for asthma/bronchospasm. They work by different pharmacologic mechanisms.
