I doubt it: If you have a lump anywhere, it needs to be checked by a doctor as it can be a cancer. Exercise is unlikely to create any kind of lumps. It may be simply a coincidence and it is totally unrelated to exercise. So you need to go see a physician for a physical examination followed by some X-Rays/CT scan to check the nature of the lump if the doctor can confirm that it is present there.
