Rheumatoid advice : Make sure you have a good PCP to coordinate your care and see a good rheumatologist. Hook up with patients who also have RA - go to patientslikeme.com and maybe join the national RA association. Be careful of some of the garbage online !!!

Rheumatologist: It would be good to come under the care of a rheumatologist as they are the experts in that area. In my personal opinion, the best thing you can do on your own us to carefully watch your diet. There are foods that are anti-inflammatory by their nature and others that promote inflammation and should be avoided.
