Need more info.: Please describe what happened in detail. Partial thickness? Blisters only? What caused the burn? How long ago? Any underlying skin condition? Any neuropathy?

Hot Foot.: The crutches are more than likely because of the dressing applied to your foot. Wearing shoes would complicate the healing of the burn. So, you will need the crutches as long as the top of the foot takes to heal and receive pressure from shoes. A minor burn takes less time than a severe burn.

That depends: on how bad injured, I would worry more about getting it looked at, your tetanus hx etc then the length of time you need crutches…burns are dangerous injuries just go to the doctor.
