A combination of: ...good nutrition, regular exercise (especially weight training) will help increase your weight by increasing muscle mass. Don't try to increase your weight only by eating more. This will mostly increase body fat, which, unless you're malnourished, isn't healthy. I also recommend that you see a doctor to find out if there are any medical conditions preventing you from having a healthy weight.
