Allergic reaction: It seems very likely you are allergic to fluconazole (the active ingredient of Diflucan). Probably this episode will clear up pretty quickly, but don't take it any more. And for now, also avoid other anti-yeast medications that contain "azole" drugs (miconazole/Monistat, clotrimazole/GyneLotrimin, and others). Discuss w/ your doctor, including other treatment options for yeast infections.
