How can a person with cancer not remind him/herself everyday that it is a diagnosis. focus: emotional relief. how?

Support: Can't emphasize enough the importance of support. Reach out to family, close friends, your doctors, healthcare team, individual therapy with a mental health care professional, support groups, church or place of worship, may all bolster you through a tough time. It's ok to tell people you don't want to talk about cancer. But do reach out for support. Find what works for you.
