having bloody urine over last 6 months recntly bloody semen also 18 yr old had multiple us and ct scans+2 cysto. +3 cytolgy: all normal what to do?

Probably scoping: small abnormalities can have bleeding (really light amounts) but no major structural problem. Also, probably need labs to test for STD's.
