Non specific: Stool test is not helpful with results u have mentioned. More important is how is the child? Appears ill? Any fever? Feeding well? Crying often? How many stools a day? (10-15 wld be significant) See his doctor if ill. If he is otherwise fine then just repeating the stool exam shd suffice. The specific pH of the stool wld be more helpful- may suggest milk intolerance. 20-40 pus cells- infection.
