Probably normal: Everybody's urethral opening is "kind of reddish". If you're not having other symptoms, such as discharge of mucus or pus from the penis, and no painful urination, probably nothing is abnormal at all. My guess is you're just looking too closely. But show it to your doctor if other symptoms appear or you otherwise remain concerned.
