Hormones: Irregular menses is usually related to fluctuations in your hormones. However you should rule out pregnancy with a home pregnancy test. You should also see your Gynecologist if you have signs of infection (fever, vaginal discharge, abdominal pain). If your symptoms persist, you should follow up with your doctor.
