Im sexually active and have been on the pill for 2 yrs. i have never missed a pill. my period is in a week but i'm experiencing a ton of horrible nausea and have been for a few days. i know it's too soon to test, but is it likely that i'm pregnant?

Odds are low: Birth Control pills are ~ 90% effective in preventing unplanned pregnancy. However, if you think you could be pregnant, do a home pregnancy test to give yourself some reassurance. Nausea could be due to other reasons as well.
