A lung: "opacity" is a very nonspecific descriptive term and could mean almost anything along the spectrum from completely benign to very serious, so there is really no way to answer the question based on limited information. Talk to your doctor about what the results mean in your case. There may be a differential diagnosis and recommendations for follow up in the radiology report.
