Losing circulation: Does it go numb? That can be position in sleeping if you wake up with a numb hand, or can be carpal tunnel if you use a computer alot and that is also worse in AM , or rarely could be degenerative spine, thoracic outlet compression,coarctation, vascualr , autoimmune disease like Raynauds where in the cold fingers turn blue or MS, Follow up today w/doc or urgent care
