Multiple factors: People who are at risk for SZ need anti seizure med and need to be compliant with it to prevent seizure episodes Other factors that can increase likelyhood of having SZ is stress, sleep disturbances, infections, sickness, heavy alcohol drinking, drug usage, other stimulant meds, etc. Keep SZ log book http://www.epilepsy.com/information/professionals/resource-library/tables/drugs-may-lower-seizure
