Dealing with OAB: If your OAB is due to a nerve stimulation problem, drugs can work in dealing with this issue. If it is due to lifestyle issues, then emptying your bladder fully every two hours, not drinking large amounts of fluid within 2 hours of bedtime, and heaven forbid a mini pad for accidents will work. At age 32, make sure childbirth didn't change the bladder structure. A GYN Urogynecologist can help.
