No: Weird aches and pains are common in pregnancy. Use tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain relief if needed; warm compress may help; if you have fever, worsening abdominal pain, burning when you urinate, talk to your doctor. listen to your body. if pain is severe and its persistant, get evaluated.
