Lexapro (escitalopram): If you are having side effects after being on Lexapro (escitalopram) for 10 weeks and your doctor wants you to continue taking it you need to get another opinion. You should know whether or not it is working or helping by now. If you are still having side effects that are intolerable you should be able to try something different.
